This site exists because I wanted a place to point people when they ask me how I make things. As such I present a few recipes below. I rarely measure things, and I taste my food a lot as I go. In writing these methods down, I ruined a few batches of things by overthinking it.

The cake and frosting come straight from my mom, who still does it best. She always uses the yolks from the frosting as one egg in the cake.
